‘Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn 2’ Comic-Con 2012 Panel Highlights

The panel for Breaking Dawn 2, the final installment of the popular Stephanie Meyers’ Twilight Saga, kicked off the San Diego convention on Thursday.  The stars of the film Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen), Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) and Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan) answered questions about their emotional experience filming the last movie.  Collider.Com (read full transcript here) have an audio recording and transcript from the panel discussion.

Pattinson and Lautner discuss how their characters, Edward and Jacob’s relationship has changed from rivals to maybe friends and even family in the final movie installment.

TAYLOR LAUTNER:  We’ve always had that relationship, right?

ROBERT PATTINSON:  Yeah, I give him my daughter.  I sacrifice my daughter to him.

LAUTNER:  That is love.

PATTINSON:  That’s true love.  Basically, this one is a love story between Edward and Jacob.

LAUTNER: Yeah, the relationship between all three of us is a little bit different.  It’s always been this complicated triangle, and now it’s a square.  No.  It’s become much less complicated.

PATTINSON:  Now, it’s a circle.
